ご利用制限について

■以下に該当する方はご利用いただけません。　

  • 7歳未満の方
  • 身長が110cm以下の方
  • 妊娠中の方、心臓の弱い方、血圧に異常のある方
  • 重い病気にかかっている方、ペースメーカーなどの医療機器を装着している方
  • 部位に関わらず骨折されている方
  • 車イスをご利用の方
  • 自力歩行が出来ない方(自力歩行とは、杖や付き添い者のサポートなく、お一人での歩行が可能なことです)
  • 首、背中、腰、脊椎に異常のある方
  • 視覚に障害をお持ちの方
  • 聴覚に障害をお持ちの方
  • 乗り物に酔いやすい方
  • 飲酒された方、酒気を帯びている方、泥酔されている方
  • 体調がすぐれない方
  • ご利用により悪化する恐れのある症状をお持ちの方(めまい、閉所恐怖症、呼吸器系疾患けいれん発作、騒音過敏症、暗所恐怖症、肌 の弱い方、光過敏症発作)
  • 精神障害をお持ちの方(本人またはお連れの方の申告によって認定します。係員の指示を理解し、指示に従っていただける方で、健常者の付き添いがある場合は体験可能です)
  • その他、体験する上での安全確保が難しい方 

■13歳未満のお子様のご利用に関して

  • 7歳未満のお子様はご利用できません。また体験エリア内へ入場いただくこともできません
  • ＶＲコンテンツの内容について、保護者がふさわしくないと判断されるものはご利用させないでください
  • 内容の特性上、13歳未満の方のみでの体験はできません
  • 斜視や複視、その他、視力の異常や眼科的疾患のあるお子様や、眼科に通われているお子様は、専門医に相談の上、ご利用ください
  • ご利用後にお子様の視力について異常が見られた場合、早急に専門医を受診してください 
■VRコンテンツの体験にあたって 
  • お体の不自由な方は、スタッフにお尋ねください
  • 気分が悪くなったり身体に異常を感じたりした時は速やかに体験を中止してください
  • VR機器はほかのお客様も利用しますので、丁寧にお取り扱いください
  • お客様の故意または過失によりVR機器を損傷・故障させた場合、修理金額をご負担いただくことがございます
  • 機械の警告表示や係員の指示に従えない方 、注意事項またはスタッフの指示に従って頂けない方はご退場して頂く場合がございます
  • 本展示内で走る・寝転がる座り込むなどの行為はご遠慮ください 

ご利用上の注意事項

■持ち物について 
以下の手荷物は持ち込みができません。スタンバイルームのロッカーをご利用ください 
  • バッグやリュックサック 
  • スマートウォッチや携帯電話、ポケットWi-Fi、パソコン、カメラ、ビデオカメラなどの電子機器(専用機器の誤動作につながるため、体験には電源オフの状態でも持ち込めません) 
  • その他、ポケットにしまうことのできない手荷物 
■チケットに関して
  • チケット1枚につき、1名様1回限り有効です 
  • チケット購入後はお客様都合による取消、変更、払戻は出来かねますので、あらかじめご了承ください 
  • チケットの破損・紛失・当日のチケット忘れ等、いかなる理由でもチケットの再発行は出来かねますので、あらかじめご了承ください 
  • 天災や機器トラブルにより、営業の変更、中止をする場合がございます 
  • 混雑状況によりご入場をお待ちいただく場合がございます 
  • チケットの指定日時以外は無効となります 
  • 営利目的でのチケットの転売、SNSやオークションなどへの出品は固く禁止いたします 
  • 不正な譲渡・転売チケットによる入場が発覚した場合は、ご入場をお断りさせていただきます 
  • 年齢指定のあるチケットを利用する場合は、年齢を確認できる公的確認書類を受付スタッフへ提示ください。年齢が確認できない場合は、年齢指定のチケットがご利用いただけません 
■服装、靴、髪型について 
  • 安全のため動きやすい服装・お履物でご利用ください
  • 以下の服装や靴、髪型では、本展示はご利用できません 
    • サンダルやミュールなど、つま先やかかとが露出した靴 
    • 5cm以上のヒール、または体験に支障をきたすような靴 
    • ゴーグルの装着時に支障をきたすような装飾品や身につけているもの、落下や巻き込みのおそれがあるもの 
    • その他、体験する上での安全確保が難しいと判断されるもの 
    • 　・ポニーテールやおだんごヘアなど、ヘアスタイルによってはゴーグルが装着できない場合は、髪をほどくか、低い位置で束ねることをおすすめします
  • 眼鏡をかけたままでのご利用も可能ですが、形状や大きさによってはゴーグルを装着出来ない場合がございます 
  • コンタクトレンズでのご利用をお勧めしております 
  • 遠近両用メガネ(遠近両用コンタクトレンズ含む)では、快適にご視聴いただけない場合がございます 
  • 手が袖に隠れていると正常にご体験いただけないことがございますので、袖丈の長い方はめくった状態でご体験ください 
  • イヤリング・ピアス等アクセサリーはお外しになってください

■個人情報の取り扱い 
  • 当社は取得するお客様の個人情報を、当社の定めるプライバシーポリシーに則って管理します 
  • VRコンテンツの体験にあたり顔写真の撮影をさせて頂く場合があります 
  • VRコンテンツ内では写真撮影が可能になっている場合があります。その際、他のお客様の撮影する写真にお客様が映り込む場合があります 
  • お客様が撮影された写真や動画は、他のお客様のご迷惑とならない範囲で、かつ私的利用の目的にのみご使用になれます(SNSへの投稿等の際もご注意ください) 
  • 各施設やVRコンテンツ等を撮影する場合があります。その際、お客様が撮影の対象になる場合があります。また、撮影物は、報道、広告宣伝、プロモーション、販売商品等に使用される場合があります

免責事項
  • 専用機器の装着、着脱時や安全面で必要と判断した際、スタッフがお客様に触れる場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください 
  • 安全上のルールやスタッフの指示等に従わない方は、体験をお断りする、あるいは途中で終了させて頂く場合があります 
  • 本VRをご利用中の怪我、事故、メガネ等の装飾品の破損、トラブル、盗難その他の損害については、一切の責任を負わないものとします 

プライバシーポリシー

株式会社ABAL（以下、当社といいます）は、ユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。

  1. 個人情報の定義
    「個人情報」とは，個人情報保護法にいう「個人情報」を指すものとし、生存する個人に関する情報であって、当該情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日、住所、電話番号、連絡先その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別できる情報及び容貌、指紋、声紋にかかるデータ、及び健康保険証の保険者番号などの当該情報単体から特定の個人を識別できる情報（個人識別情報）を指します。 
  2. 個人情報の収集方法 
    当社は、ユーザーが利用登録をする際に氏名、生年月日、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、クレジットカード番号、運転免許証番号などの個人情報をお尋ねすることがあります。また、ユーザーと提携先などとの間でなされたユーザーの個人情報を含む取引記録や決済に関する情報を、当社の提携先（情報提供元、広告主、広告配信先などを含みます。以下、｢提携先｣といいます。）などから収集することがあります。 
  3. 個人情報を収集・利用する目的 
    当社が個人情報を収集・利用する目的は，以下のとおりです。

    ユーザーからのお問い合わせに回答するため（本人確認を行うことを含む）
    利用規約に違反したユーザーや、不正・不当な目的でサービスを利用しようとするユーザーの特定をし、ご利用をお断りするため
    ユーザーにご自身の登録情報の閲覧や変更、削除、ご利用状況の閲覧を行っていただくため
    各種サービスのご案内やお知らせをする等、マーケティング（SNSへのイベント写真等の投稿を含む）で利用するため
    上記の利用目的に付随する目的 
  4. 法令、国が定める指針、その他の規範の遵守 
    当社は、個人情報の保護に関する法律、また各分野におけるガイドライン、その他の関係法令等を遵守するとともに、一般に公正妥当と認められる個人情報の取扱に関する慣行に準拠し、適切に取扱います。 
  5. 個人情報保護のための安全管理策 
    当社では、個人情報への不正アクセス、個人情報の漏洩、破壊、滅失、毀損等を防止するための適切なセキュリティー対策を実施しております。また、これらを徹底するため、個人情報の取扱に関する規定を明確にし、従業員等への教育・監督をおこなっています。

Usage Restrictions
  • You may NOT use this attraction if any of the following applies to you:
  • Under 7 years old
  • Height under 110 cm
  • Pregnant, or with heart conditions, abnormal blood pressure
  • Suffering from serious illnesses or using medical devices such as pacemakers
  • Have any bone fractures
  • Using a wheelchair
  • Unable to walk unassisted ("Unassisted" means without a cane or helper)
  • Have neck, back, lower back, or spine problems
  • Have visual or hearing impairments
  • Prone to motion sickness
  • Under the influence of alcohol (drunk, tipsy, or recently drinking)
  • Feeling unwell
  • Have any condition that may worsen due to use (e.g., dizziness, claustrophobia, respiratory issues, seizures, sound or light sensitivity, sensitive skin)
  • Have a mental disorder (based on the declaration of the guest or accompanying person)
    If accompanied by a guardian and able to understand/follow staff instructions, participation may be allowed.
  • Anyone else deemed unsafe to participate

 

Children under 13
  • Children under 7 are not allowed to participate or enter the experience area
  • If guardians judge the content inappropriate for their child, they should not allow participation
  • Due to the nature of the content, children under the age of 13 are not permitted to participate.
  • If your child has strabismus, double vision, other vision abnormalities, or any ophthalmologic condition—or is currently receiving eye care—please consult a specialist before participating.
  • If your child experiences any changes or abnormalities in vision after the experience, seek medical attention immediately.

Before Participating
  • Guests with physical disabilities should consult staff
  • If you feel unwell or experience discomfort, stop the experience immediately
  • VR equipment is shared – handle with care
  • If VR equipment is damaged due to negligence or intentional misuse, repair costs may be charged
  • Guests who ignore warnings, staff instructions, or safety guidelines may be asked to leave
  • Do not run, lie down, or sit on the floor inside the experience

Prohibited Items
Please store the following items in the standby room locker:
  • Bags or backpacks
  • Electronic devices such as smartwatches, phones, pocket Wi-Fi, laptops, cameras, camcorders
  • Even if turned off, these devices cannot be brought into the VR area as they may interfere with the system.
  • Other items that cannot be kept in pockets

Tickets
  • Each ticket is valid for one person, one time only
  • No cancellations, changes, or refunds for personal reasons
  • No reissuing of lost, damaged, or forgotten tickets
  • Operation may be suspended due to natural disasters or equipment failure
  • You may be asked to wait depending on crowd levels
  • Tickets are invalid outside of the designated date/time
  • Resale or listing on auction sites/social media is strictly prohibited
  • Admission will be denied if ticket resale or fraud is detected
  • For age-restricted tickets, please present valid ID upon entry

Clothing, Footwear, and Hair
  • Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes for safety
  • You may not participate if wearing:
    • Sandals, mules, or shoes exposing toes/heels
    • Heels over 5 cm or any unsafe footwear
    • Accessories or clothing that interfere with the headset or pose safety risks
    • Hairstyles that prevent headset fit (e.g., high ponytails/buns)
  • We recommend tying hair low or letting it down
  • Glasses may be worn, but headset fit is not guaranteed based on shape/size
  • Contact lenses are recommended
  • Progressive glasses/contact lenses may affect your view
  • Long sleeves may interfere – roll up sleeves before use
  • Remove earrings, piercings, and accessories

Handling of Personal Information
  • We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • Your face may be photographed for VR content experience
  • Other guests may appear in photos you take inside the experience
  • Your photos/videos may be used for personal use only (including social media posts)
  • Our staff may photograph/film areas and guests for reporting, advertising, promotions, or product use

Disclaimer
  • Staff may touch guests when necessary for safety or headset adjustment
  • If you do not follow safety rules or staff instructions, your experience may be canceled or denied
  • We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, damaged accessories, or lost/stolen items during the experience

Privacy Policy

    "Personal information" refers to information that can identify an individual, such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, etc., or data such as facial images, fingerprints, voiceprints, and insurance ID numbers.
